Batch pre expander machine

Opmerking:

a. Vibratiesensor is optioneel.

b. Proportionele ventielen van stoom en perslucht zijn optioneel.

c. Kamerdruk- en temperatuursensorsysteem is optioneel.

d. Zoals bij de SPJ70B-pre-expander moet de machine worden uitgerust met een PID-besturingssysteem wanneer de uitbreidingsdichtheid hoger is dan 30 g/l.

 

Hoofdkenmerken
De machine gebruikt Mitsubishi PLC en Taiwan HMl met actuator voor het vulmateriaal, automatisch elektronisch wegen, automatisch regelen van de kamertemperatuur, druk en niveaucontrole.
Stoomsysteem:Stoomdrukverminderaar en hoekventiel om stoom te contorllen.
Vullingssysteem:Het neemt een elektronisch weegsysteem aan, waarbij het vulgewicht automatisch wordt ingesteld op HMl voor het vullen van materiaal.
Materiaalniveaucontrole:De laser sensor regelt het uitbreidingsniveau.
Elektronisch bedieningsapparaat:Mitsubishi PLC en Taiwan HMl, Schneider componenten.
